At 52 years old, Jennifer Lopez somehow looks younger than she did decades ago — Netflix’s new special “Halftime” is proof of that. While the star hasn’t exactly discovered the fountain of youth, she does have several secrets that keep her looking younger than stars half her age. Luckily, she’s not shy about sharing her tips. Here are all the hacks that keep J.Lo’s stunning body looking flawless.
1. Sleep is #1
The star always gets a minimum of 7-9 hours of sleep every day. As she told InStyle magazine, “I would love to get nine or ten hours of sleep, but either way, I always make sure I get at least eight.”
2. Disciplined workouts
She works out a whopping 4 times a week and has a personal trainer on each coast. Although good genes do contribute to her impressive look, her routine and discipline is what make the difference. From top trainers David Kirsch to LA’s Tracy Anderson, J.Lo likes to switch up her approach frequently when it comes to her body.
3. Sunscreen
