Halle Berry, an Academy Award-winning American actress, was born on August 14, 1966, in Cleveland, Ohio. Berry has a sister named Heidi Berry, who is her older sister.
In 1985, she was seventeen years old when she won the title of Miss Teen All-American Pageant, representing the state of Ohio.
She finished second in the Miss USA Pageant the following year. Halle developed a model after participating in the contest. It led to her first weekly TV series, Living Dolls, in 1989, when she quickly gained a reputation for her on-set persistence, preferring to live her characters and remained in character even after the cameras stσpped running. That was the start of her career.
